Just</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>for example, it reports the actual 'Legal and Professional Fees' at</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>$7,515 for last year. But according to last year's so-called audit, the </div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>amount <span style="font-size: 12pt;">was $17,914.
