If I understand this quote correctly, your friend</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>expects the Board of Directors to raise $55K, but not the paid help. All of this while</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>they keep the Board of Directors in the dark. By keeping Form 990s to themselves</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>for five <span style="font-size: 12pt;">years running. Rhetorically speaking, Mr./Ms. SM, how is that reasonable?</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Then we have the issue of the Board of Directors' actual responsibility.
