Open Financial Records <span style="font-size: 12pt;">(47 U.S.C. § 396(k)(5));</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><br></span></div><div>C. Community Advisory Board <span style="font-size: 12pt;">(47 U.S.C. § 396(k)(8));</span></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>D. Employment Statistical Report <span style="font-size: 12pt;">(47 U.S.C. § 396(k)(11)); and</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><br></span></div><div>E. Donor Information <span style="font-size: 12pt;">(47 U.S.C. § 396(k)(12));</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The review would also need to address policies stated on Mendocino County Public Broadcasting Form 990s for </span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">the past five years including the following:</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A. That 'No review (of MCPB's Form 990) was or will be conducted';</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><br></span></div><div><font size="3">B. That 'No (governing documents, conflict of interest </font>policies and financial statements are<font size="3">) available to the </font></div><div><font size="3"><br></font></div><div><font size="3"><br></font></div><div><font size="3">public'; and </font></div><div><font size="3"><br></font></div><div><font size="3"><br></font></div><div><font size="3">C.
