Try survey monkey.

On Tuesday, September 30, 2014, Kelly Grimes <grimie@mcn.org> wrote:

Good day KZYX supporters,
Does anyone know if it is possible to take a survey on an internet
website and actually see the tally change as you vote. Each voter could
be registered and displayed on screen in a way to prevent multiple bogus
votes.
We could blanket the county with ads (posters, flyers, etc.) about
community radio and ask people - what do YOU think Community Radio looks
like?. These ads would direct people to a webpage where they could weigh
in. All comments would be posted and could be accessed.
It seems important to include people who do not listen to "public"
radio. and find out why?

We could change it all if we stress the difference between "community"
which feels inclusive and local;
as opposed to "public" which feels institutional and seems less
inclusive with little local flavor.

Transparency and proof that change is supported by many will help move
things in a positive direction........I think.
thanks for reading my two cents,
PS The county did a similar opinion type survey during the Mendocino
town plan update process. As I recall, they scanned in all the survey
sheets and made them viewable on their website. That way, you could see
the comments and count the votes if you were so inclined. The
transparency of the survey made it believable and affective.
