Subject: Memo of the Air: Good Night Radio live from Franklin Street all
Hiroshima Day night!

Hi. Marco here. Deadline to email your writing for tonight's (Friday
night's) MOTA show is around 6pm. After that, send it whenever it's
ready, and I'll read it on the radio /next/ week. There's always another
time. There's no pressure. Or call me at KNYO tonight and read your work
in your voice. The number is 962-3022. Or come in-- it's 325 N.
Franklin, next to the Tip-Top bar. Everyone's vaccinated, including you,
and our mics are two meters apart, and if you forget your mask you can
have one of our old ones. Just kidding; there's a fresh bag of them.

Half an hour into the show, meaning 9:30pm, for the next I don't know
even how many weeks, I'll play /this/ summer's San Francisco Mime Troupe
radio play series: /Persistence/. Tonight: Episode Five.

I expect that tonight Adam David Jones might call from Back East to talk
about the new personal security app he's developing. Joseph Huckaby has
his Mendo.org running like a top, and he'd like to share about that,
maybe tonight's the night. Jill and Ferren Taylor have been threatening
to visit and catch up about their travels and adventures. Also, Andrew
Scully has been trying to get through for weeks with a new story and
might be successful tonight. That's a lot of ifs. But it's the annual
Hiroshima Day show, so for sure I'll be reading, along about two in the
morning, /The Lucky Strike/ by Kim Stanley Robinson, about an alternate
world where the Enola Gay crashed on a training run the day before it
was to deliver the first atomic bomb used in war, and another crew flew
that mission, one where the bombardier had a rich inner life that
influenced his imagination and actions, so things went a little
differently then and a lot differently afterward. It's about real courage.

Memo of the Air: Good Night Radio is every Friday, 9pm to 5am on 107.7fm
KNYO-LP Fort Bragg as well as anywhere else via
http://airtime.knyo.org:8040/128
(That's the regular link to listen to KNYO in real time.)

Any day or night you can go to https://MemoOfTheAir.wordpress.com and
hear last week's MOTA show. By Saturday night the recording of tonight's
show will also be there.

As if all that weren't enough, also at
https://MemoOfTheAir.wordpress.com there's a multidimensional Mobius
strip lined with attractions to wander among until showtime, not to
mention between shows-- items such as:

Hell on Earth.

And the 9 Kubler-Ross stages of alien invasion.
