Oh, mortifying. I just read my notice, that the AVA posted, and shouted 
DAMMIT!, like George C. Scott as Patton, in the middle of the night. 
It’s so freakin’ hard to get used to working via phone, lying on your 
back, with its tiny fiddly controls and microscopic fonts. The link I 
crowed about as sure to work so well is spelled wrong and can’t possibly 
work, and that’s the main thing that gets me: when people will think I’m 
an idiot because I’ve been an idiot. So now I'm making the rounds of 
everywhere else it went, so it gets to you.

Wow. That’s the first time I shouted DAMMIT! in bed since the middle 
1990s, when Juanita’s previous pet bird, deceased soon after and 
eventually replaced in our hearts with her current pet bird, was making 
that staccato gunshot-loud screeching sound they make when peeved and 
had terrified me awake from a brilliant dream. I think Juanita was away 
at the Ren Faire in Novato, when they still had that.
