I'm not pro KMFB at all. I like public radio, but I'm offended by Russian propaganda. I'm not telling anyone what to listen to or what not to listen to. I'm not trying to censor anybody. But Russia meddling in the U.S. election with propaganda is a real sore spot for me. That's what I'll be telling all the KZYX supporters I can find until it stops. Not Dan Roberts' entire show, or even the Short Wave Report -- just Sputnik. That's my constitutional right.


As far as doing something positive, you may have missed some of the positive things I've done around here. I'm not going to brag about them. But next time you go to Eagles Hall for an event, think about what life in Fort Bragg would be like without it. Then drop Jay Odee an email -- thejayodee [at] gmail.com -- and ask him what happened back in 2001. There are more instances where I've been part of the solution. But the problem needs to be identified first.


Every time I've tried to do that for the people pretending to run KZYX, they ignore me. Which is fine, so I write about that in my articles. And I'll keep doing it as long as they keep ignoring me. Which probably will never stop. In the end, I hope these articles can be a cautionary tale to others. Which -- is -- something positive.

If you are deeply offended turn it off.  I for one like to hear all the
different perspectives that Dan plays on his short wave report.

Who are you to censor what I can and can not listen to.   Pretty soon,
if you have your way we can all listen to the canned music coming from KMFB.

I have read many of your pieces and find them interesting and
informative.  Perhaps you could do a few on the positive things that are
happening here on the Coast.  Things are not as simple and black and
white as you present them.  It is always easier to find fault with what
others are doing but it is a whole lot harder to come up with some
positive solutions to any of the many problems we face as a society and
as a community.

Become part of the solution and stop being part of the problem !!
