Hi Jenness,
Here's some material I'd like to get your comments on for our interview later today.
1. Various publications from KZYX personnel on the KZYXtalk chat room and elsewhere:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxf2TM2uxGxFLUJPQm9oQ3lyLTA/view?usp=sharing
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxf2TM2uxGxFR09fQm0wVy1LenM/view?usp=sharing
2. MCPB Minutes from July 6, 2009 estimating KZYX's 'burn rate' at $73 per hour:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxf2TM2uxGxFT19od2FfNTJLT28/view?usp=sharing
3. KZYX Station Handbook from August 2003:

The areas I'd like to get your comments on are:
A. Clarification of your position on a citizen's constitutional right to be annoying.
B. As a candidate for MCPB Trustee, how you feel about the publications from #1, and how they advance MCPB's mission.
C. A 'burn rate' of $73 per hour X 52 weeks in a year = $3,796 a year for 1 hour weekly radio show. In terms of underwriting donations or pledges from members, your best estimate of how much revenue the author of #1 has brought to MCPB over the past year.
D. Quoting from page 22 of #3: "MCPB's policy is to strive for truth and not shrink from controversy. A forum for free and informed debate is one of the most important services we can render." How your last year as MCPB Trustee has furthered this policy.
E. Page 3 on #3 outlines a grievance policy for KZYX programmers who've been dismissed. Your view on whether or not that policy should be followed. Also your view on the consequences for MCPB personnel who don't follow MCPB policy.
Sincerely,
Scott M. Peterson
