Mendocino Art Center was doomed from the get-go .. back in 1959 .. with Articles of Incorporation that said, "In no 

event ..." .. blah, blah, blah .. well, the event happened .. in 2003 with bylaws allowing self-dealing .. so who shows 

up to govern with rules like that? .. hint: it's NOT the cream of the crop .. 

before-the-fact background checks could have preempted that .. but dirty is dirty .. so that never happened .. now 

you have after-the-fact background checks .. airing stacks of dirty laundry .. 

like Mister Stuart Alan Campbell of KZYX .. you can find his teaching credential here:

perfectly qualified to teach grades K through 12 .. that's right .. he's credentialed to teach CHILDREN .. 

yet here he is .. teaching classes on "comparative religion, critical reasoning, introduction to philosophy, ethics, & 

communication" at Santa Rosa Junior College and College of the Redwoods ..

which is why bios of MCPB management can't be found on the KZYX website .. and why MCPB can't afford $20 background checks ..
