Wonderful Lorraine told me "We have no plans to schedule your show at this time," and, "It's not legal for us to run your show (!)" and (paraphrasing and shortening here): "You have to work with Raoul-- he's the program director, not me. I can't help you." 

I've been writing to Raoul at least once a week for months. He never once wrote back, even to say, "Thanks, got your email, digesting it." 

I'm curious. What exactly about his presence seemed hopeful to you, Doug? And don't you want to hear the details about his leaving-- beyond, as he said, being dismayed by cronyism? I mean, a little more, please, Raoul. Who? how? why? where? when? They (we) gave Raoul eight to ten thousand dollars. You'd think he could put five minutes into telling the story.
