Dear Ms. Dechter,

This is a request for a compliance review of Mendocino County Public Broadcasting at the next board of 

directors meeting. I'd like to ask for this review to address the following subject matter:

A. Open Meetings, including meetings of Mendocino County Public Broadcasting's Board of Directors, its 

community advisory board, and its committees, documenting the reasons for closing those meetings, and 

making that documentation available to the public (47 U.S.C. § 396(k)(4));

B. Open Financial Records (47 U.S.C. § 396(k)(5));

C. Community Advisory Board (47 U.S.C. § 396(k)(8));

D. Employment Statistical Report (47 U.S.C. § 396(k)(11)); and

E. Donor Information (47 U.S.C. § 396(k)(12));

The review would also need to address policies stated on Mendocino County Public Broadcasting Form 990s for 

the past five years including the following:

A. That 'No review (of MCPB's Form 990) was or will be conducted';

B. That 'No (governing documents, conflict of interest policies and financial statements are) available to the 

public'; and 

C. That MCPB's financial statements weren't audited by an independent accountant.

In addition, I'd like to hear an explanation for these policies.
