Dear Mr. Campbell,

According to your report from November of 2015, MCPB's membership

had dropped ten percent since 2013. You can see that report here:

According to MCPB audits and Form 990s, MCPB's revenue from 

membership and contributions also declined ten percent over that time 

period. While expenses rose ten percent. You can see those audits and

There's a comment on your GM report from November of 2015. It reads:

"As is evident, the numbers have fluctuated over the years, and I think we

can neither determine the cause of those fluctuations, nor draw any

conclusions."

One conclusion is obvious to others. That since you joined the Board of

Directors at MCPB, the place has 'fluctuated' in one direction -- South.

Now that you're Treasurer at MCPB, you should have access to all this

information. And as a Director, you have a duty to act on it.
