Dear Mr. Campbell,

I believe there's been a misunderstanding about MCPB's DonorPerfect

software. According to your General Manager's Report, it doesn't allow

MCPB to communicate with members by email. You can find that report

I understand that you're looking at changing over to Allegiance at
