Nonsense. 
Norm has done exactly what he should to monitor this list which is VERY LITTLE. 
Why would we want someone telling Scott or Sakowicz or Marco or whoever, that they can't say what they please?

It is very refreshing to know that we are hearing exactly what is being said. 
What more can you ask of a discussion? Should we make it less spicy so those with delicate palettes can consume it.

Dennis O'Brien put up a post a few months ago that summarized the topics we've covered for the previous year. (I"ll post it later.) It is an impressive list that shows the breadth and depth of what we have discussed. 

This listserv has gone a long way toward finding out what is going on with community radio in Mendocino County.

The Directors and staff and you, Tim, are lucky to have this listserv where there is no censorship, where you can hear the truth. 
And if some of it is not true, then you can be sure that your rebuttal will be heard.
