[Kzyxtalk] Programmer-Director Update

After further discussion, I have submitted a new proposal to the Board concerning the bylaw change that allows the Programmers to elect a dedicated director: let the Members decide.  They would agree to submit the change to the Members for a vote at the next election, which is what should have happened when they made the change years ago.  This would satisfy my concern that the change was done without the approval of the Members.  The Members' rights would be honored, we would all abide by the great collective wisdom, and everyone would move forward the better for it.

I am told the Board will next meet in late July in Anderson Valley.  I am very hopeful they will accept the proposal, and will take no further action till then.
