Dear Ms. Courtney,

Hello. I'm sure you remember me. I'm the individual who sent you the links

to MCPB's Form 990s from 2010 to 2014 back in April. You know, the ones

with the policy stating they weren't to be reviewed with the organization?

And the same ones swearing -- under penalty of perjury -- that no audited

financial statements had been done?

I saw your editorial in the Ukiah Daily Journal week before last. Claiming 

that everything was fine. So just to make sure, I contacted an old friend of

mine about that. Her name is [redacted]. She works in the Inspector

General's Office. At the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. [redacted] is very 

interested in knowing when the next MCPB Board Meeting is. When I told

her about your policy about Form 990s, she was particularly interested in 

learning more about how that works. 

I also told [redacted] about Ellen Saxe's report at the March meeting. And about 

the her recommendation that the confidential list serve and the confidential

board meetings should stop. In addition, I told Helen about how the meeting

minutes had been taken down, but that a cached copy could be found here:

I'm sure that's just fine too. But since [redacted] might be showing up, let me make

a suggestion. I understand that you've been taking advice from a prestigious 

attorney -- and former Army Psyops Intelligence officer -- by the name of

David Hopmann. Perhaps you can persuade Mr. Hopmann to give a presentation

at the next board meeting to us all how fine everything is.

On a final note, I think you should be very careful. According to a fairly credible

source, there might be litigation pending.
