Dear Mr./Ms. SM,
Thanks very much for your appraisal of Ellen Saxe. She seems pretty solid to me too. More so than
MCPB meeting minutes. According the meeting minutes from March, Ms. Saxe had something to
say about MCPB. And it wasn't very nice. Those meeting minutes were posted on the KZYX website
for a while. But somebody took them down. That's okay. You can still find them. Just go to Google.
And enter "closed board list serve and confidential meetings". Be sure to include the quotes. On
the right hand side of the URL underneath the first listing, there's a little green arrow. That'll take
you to the cached version. Here it is:
http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:m8XJE2iPXrgJ:kzyx.org/index.php/tags/tag/western-world+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us
Under the heading titled, "MCPB BOARD OF DIRECTORS" you can see what she had to say. It's item
number four: "The board should stop using a closed board list serve and confidential meetings."
I've even archived a copy of these minutes in the event you somehow lose yours.
So I was wondering Mr./Ms. SM. How do you feel about the closed board list serve and confidential
meetings? Also, how do you feel about disappearing meeting minutes?
Sincerely,
Scott M. Peterson

> Doug. You have said things like this repeatedly: "I have tried to
organize a membership meeting, per the bylaws, but the establishment
will not let me know who the members are." The station cannot and will
not hand out membership information. I suggest that you get hold of
Ellen Saxe who lives in Elk. She is on the CAB and pretty solid. Talk
one-on-one about a membership meeting. Try not to talk about your
obsession regarding the loss of members because, correct or not, it
sounds like a conspiracy theory. SM
