[Kzyxtalk] Demand for Online Donor List

Dear Mr./Ms. SM,

You have a point on the proposed FCC rules for 2018. I overlooked the

implementation date. That's why I provided the link. So that my work

could be checked. I didn't see any such links in your rebuttal. Which

makes it impossible to check your work. Making it all rhetoric.

But since that's your specialty, try this on for size. Each of five Form

990s in a row, 2010 through 2014 have an unusual policy about the

review of those Form 990s. It's written into Schedule O at the end of

the form. You can find them here:

http://nccsweb.urban.org/communityplatform/nccs/organization/profile/id/680050440/popup/1

The policy is this: "No review was or will be conducted." Keeping

five Form 990s in a row away from voting board members.

So rhetorically speaking. What could be the purpose of that policy?

Also, the person who filed those Form 990s -- and the accountant

who filed them -- swore that no audited financial statements had

been prepared. You can find them all here:

http://www.kzyx.org/index.php/about-us/station-business/mcpb-bylaws-and-financial-statements

This was the same accountant who supposedly prepared the audited

financial statements that appear on KZYX's website. For the same

five-year time period. Aside from total incompetence or fraud, how

do you explain that?

And finally. Aside from shame or fear, what's the purpose of hiding

your name here?

Sincerely,

Scott M. Peterson

Mendocino

> So Scott, you demanded that KZYX put their donor list up immediately on
the basis of a document that said the station didn’t have to comply
until 2018. I am sure that the staff are having a good laugh.
