You're exactly right, Scott. Time to file a lawsuit and/or complaint to the CPB. Any meaningful change is impossible with the current Board of Directors.

the real tragedy about concealing Form 990s from KZYX's board of directors is this .. without current and past Form 


990s, it's impossible to do any look-back .. so operating budgets are useless .. 


in a ten-year look-back, the decline is obvious .. membership revenue went up by fifty percent during that time 


period .. expenses went up by thirty percent .. but total revenue went down by fifteen percent .. the biggest chunk 


of that decline was CPB grants .. by almost fifty percent .. the bottom line is reflected in the loss of net assets .. 


currently twenty-five percent of what they were in 2005 .. 


so instead of instituting any real reform, MCPB is circling the wagons .. with business-as-usual editorials like this:

CPB monitors publicity regularly .. especially regarding grantees .. and how publicly they circle their wagons ..

Who cares about Stuart's teaching credentials.  The facts that concern me are the ones that point to how MCPB is not following CPB regulations, and how this has caused a serious decline in membership.
