As I stated in my article, the minutes were never formally approved. That may be the reason they were not posted on the website. Actually, that may be a good thing as I intend to ask the Board at the next meeting to delete misinformation about me( a reporter) interrupting the meeting when I in fact called 'a point of process' and made a statement about the inconsistency of process regarding the allowance of public comment to the CAB report.  True to form, Courtney stated at that time she would try to standardize agendas for consistency and then put two items on the next agenda as Action Items without allowing public comment. She is another of Board Presidents who don't have a clue as to how to run an efficient and fair public meeting. I, for one, am tiring of all the pretense.
