I think the talk about Stuart Campbell is kind of pointless. Let's stick to the issues. The same is true for lumping all those seeking democratic process at KZYX with Sakowitz. The conversation always becomes about personalities rather than the issues. I am curious as to how this happens, and believe the answer to this question provides a great opportunity for community development as we move into the future.

The issues that I discuss are not about opinion. They are about process. It is one thing to have a disagreement about how MCPB should be run, it is another when many in our community are simply not allowed to participate because a few people force them out, often utilizing legally suspect methods and by unilaterally suspending current board policies without a public vote.

I don't think any of us should think that those taking legal action against MCPB are bullies. It is my experience that the opposite is true. It amazes me that threatening legal action is often necessary in order to get the MCPB hierarchy to follow what should be common practice for any non-profit.
