Dear Mr. Heid,

The last time an election 'supervisor' was _reported_, it wasn't. That

was reported by Sheila Dawn-Tracy in January of 2012 here:

http://theava.com/archives/13858

According to John Coate, P.J. Neilsen's company -- Neilsen Computer

Services -- had been contracted to count election ballots then. And

Neilsen has no such license:

Even more interesting is a quick look at the minutes for that meeting:

http://www.kzyx.org/images/pdf/mtg_minutes/MCPB%20Board%20Minutes%201-9-12.pdf<http://www.kzyx.org/images/pdf/mtg_minutes/MCPB%20Board%20Minutes%201-9-12.pdf>

Where Neilsen isn't mentioned at all. So once again, it appears that

Mr. Coate was able to exploit a common belief: 'If it comes from a

computer, it must be the truth.' In none of the meeting minutes or

GM reports during Mr. Coate's tenure is the name Robertson or Neilsen

mentioned. Check it out:

And Neilsen doesn't appear to be licensed as an enrolled agent either:

He/she runs a business called Neilsen's Computer Service at 19999

Mountain View Road in Boonville:

Leaving good people like you holding the bag for John 'Tex' Coate.

And seven years of questionable elections.

Sincerely,

Scott M. Peterson

Mendocino

>I believe the election was supervised by Robertson & Associates this year. And look! The license is active and clear:

http://www2.dca.ca.gov/pls/wllpub/WLLQRYNA$LCEV2.QueryView?P_LICENSE_NUMBER=28806&P_LTE_ID=783

Sounds to me like Robertson simply went off on his own, and thus the older licenses were no longer relevant because the business partnerships changed.
