With the statement: "Funds go to the expense and eventual build out



of a satellite studio for KZYX at this location.'



Sound familiar? Another KZYX promise to 'designate funds'. Now look



at this:

At 45:00 (on the video), Treasurer Stuart Campbell made the statement


that "We don't have any way in our current budget planning and


accounting system to designate funds for a specific advantage or a


specific activity. It all kind of goes into the general pot."


You were at that meeting, Ms. Dechter. And you didn't correct Mr.


Campbell. So which is it? Can funds be designated? Or not?


If so, then you should have $5,000+ left over from 2008 from the


'so-called' restricted account. That should cover rent for quite


a while. Dontcha' think?


If not, doesn't your press release look a little bit slimy?
