To clarify, KZYX does not plan to leave Philo. But we most likely will have 
to move our main studio legal operations to either Ukiah or Willits in the 
future. This is due to growing trees and their impact on the transmission 
of our signal. We forsee some of our station operations continuing out of 
Philo, and the operation of the Philo location as a remote studio. 

This is a long term concern, and is being studied closely and deliberately 
we hope to have a decision in the next 5 months so that we can plan our 
future. Any move of this magnitude will take deliberate planning and 
fundraising, and will take multiple years to accomplish.

Board dealt with issues like the budget, new meeting procedures, opening 
a Ukiah studio, new committees and moving from Philo to name a few.
