Dear list and friends,

I attended the January 4 meeting at the Travel Lodge in Ukiah.

I took pictures, which I will eventually put up at greenmac.com. 

Would anyone care to report? 

I have some thoughts about the meeting which I'll put up later.

Others? Board members?

Board members? Are you kidding. The board is bound by its SECREY RULES which FLY IN THE FACE OF the members and DEMOCRATIC PROCESS.  

It was a lively meeting. Nice, nice, nice, many questions from the public, and of course the board mostly didn't respond. I overheard some cuss words at the end of the meeting. 

Was anybody else there?

P.S. There were two video cameras recording the meeting. One was by Lorraine Dechters partner and the other was Mendocino TV with Derek Howell behind the camera. Will either of these be available?

P.P.S. We  have not received a response to our intention to inspect financial and member documents on February 1. --kc
