Dear Lorraine:

I am very sorry to hear that you are leaving the GM position at KZYX.

>From the moment  you arrived my work life at KZYX improved enormously.  The
people you brought in, Angela  and Alice,  have been excellent to work
with.​

During your too brief tenure  at KZYX,  work life  was "normal' for the
first time in my  10 years of broadcasting.  There has been  a spirit of
cooperation and encouragement.

I trust that the level of professionalism you have brought us is the "new
normal"  and  that we can continue to build a work place of harmony and
trust.
