Here's the deal.
The total for 'At Large' director was 810 votes.
The total for 'Programmer Seat' was only 66 votes.
Assuming there were at least two of these votes per ballot, that'd mean 744 ballots had no votes for the programmer seat.

Who ran -- and won -- the programmer seat two weeks ago.
