To the Board and Management of MCPB/KZYX:

There has been much discussion recently about the written policies of MCPB/KZYX and the job descriptions of the staff/management.  Alas, there has been much frustration due to the lack of access to these documents, even though such access is guaranteed and is essential for any informed discussion.

At this time our Bylaws and financial statements are posted on our website under the tabs About, Station Business.  It would be very easy to add the policies and job descriptions to this section.  Those with access could do so and create the necessary links in about 20 minutes.  All that is needed is the will to do it.

Please consider making this essential information readily available to the members and the public so that an informed discussion can ensue.  By facilitating such engagement, we will be fulfilling our mission as a public community radio station, while complying with our policy that "its programming and operational philosophy is controlled by its membership, which is open to all."
