thanks for personal reply, stuart...

as i said, these haters are just gonna keep hating, never mind they're smart enough
to know better...i still don't see their 'mythos', but it sure comes with a lot of
rhetoric, we might agree...

Hi Tim,

Since he aired this so publicly, I'll tell you that Marco is
misrepresenting things. I communicated to him almost two weeks ago that
if he wanted to assure getting a ballot and voting we would have to work
out physically getting it to him, as I have done with others. He opted
to do it by mail, knowing it would present timing problems--I have the
email "paper" trail to prove this. He doesn't say any of that, nor that
his being out of town a lot complicates things.

Only seventeen people have told us they did not receive ballots, less
than 1% (.008) of all sent. All have been logged and dealt with
responsibly and fairly. Some had ballots returned as undeliverable by
the post office, one found hers later, some weren't members in good
standing, etc.

Marco is also making a false implication about the voting in the last
election. It was not that a third of members' votes weren't counted.
Approximately only 25% of members voted, and all who voted were counted.
The reform candidate did not lose because votes weren't counted. He lost
because an insufficient number of members voted for him.

BTW, I've communicated all this to him directly as well.

Stuart
