[Kzyxtalk] Updated Financial Information - GM Salary

Because the information in the FY 2013 tax return seemed out of date, I kept asking for more current information.  Management has now posted the following corrections submitted by their CPA (see below) on the website.  It includes the general manager's current salary.

Because the fiscal year for MCPB/KZYX ends on June 30, we do not have information for any time since 6/30/14.  Theoretically any member can inspect all financial records at any reasonable time (see below), including those since last return was filed.

The 2013 990 Tax Return for MCPB contains three errors on page 7 that we note here to minimize confusion:  It lists both Holly Madrigal and Stuart Campbell as Board Vice-Presidents.  Stuart Campbell is the Board Vice-President.  Holly Madrigal is a regular Board member.It also has a check mark indicating that Board member John Sakowicz is an Officer.  He is not an Officer.Executive Director John Coate's salary is listed as $54,000.  The correct salary in $59,400.The tax return was prepared by Frank Gloeggler, CPA who acknowledges the errors and regrets the mistakes.  He points out that these errors are not significant or material to the overall tax return and are not a concern to the IRS.
Bylaws Section 11.06 Member Inspection Rights: Members shall have the right at all reasonable times to inspect all of MCPB’s records which are or should be maintained at the principal office except personnel records and other items that would violate the privacy of a specific individual or are otherwise protected under Federal or California law.
