[Kzyxtalk] [MCN-Discussion]- KZYX-License-Program Director who Silences Volunteers

The station has so far taken the stance with the FCC that the accusations in the complaints are baseless. They have spent some $25k to prove their point and so far have still not gotten the license renewed.

It is my hope that the new GM and newly constituted board will change this strategy to one of recognizing that some of what are in the complaints actually constitutes a lack of compliance with FCC regulations and begin to show a "good faith effort" to get back into compliance with the FCC.

Should they choose this path, I think there is a good chance that the station will get its license back with little more expense and in a timely manner.

I urge all concerned members to come to the June 29 meeting to advocate for this choice.
