Coate and Aigner do not remit anything -- not a cent -- back to the station when they act as programmers. They are de facto paid programmers...the station's only paid programmers.

Does anyone know if John Coate donates his salary back to the station 
when he acts as DJ? 
It would be absurd for he and Mary to be the only paid programmers. 
Does he stay late to make up time when he fills in as DJ? 
Just wondering since I have been hearing him more and more on the radio.
