[Kzyxtalk] Salaries

I have attached IRS form 990, the annual return that is accessible to the public, filed by MCPB/KZYX.  It shows total salaries paid in 2012 were $249,539 (total expenses $547,135), with the General Manager being paid $54,000.  Breakdown for other employees is not provided, nor is it required.
I have requested the 2013 return, which should be available as a matter of law.  2014 is not required to be filed until April 15.

I cannot find any law that requires the salaries of employees of a nonprofit organization to be confidential.  The current Proposals for Change require disclosure of all information whose confidentiality is not required by law.
