[Kzyxtalk] big news

I have big news to report. The FCC just wrote to me. They made a finding of fact that indeed, as I alleged, KZYX violated EEOC/Affirmative Action laws by hiring Paul Lambert without posting or advertising the job. 

KZYX has 15 days to respond to the finding...or they will lose their licenses. 

Sheila, and the others who filed FCC complaints, should have a copy of the same letter I got.
