Hi Norman, 

We used to meet monthly, but when there was a Board change in late-Spring 2013, the last two things that the old Board did was to give Coate a raise and to cut the meeting schedule. David Hopmann, the attorney from San Francisco who is Coate's friend, was the outgoing Board president at that time.
