[Kzyxtalk] Hare Creek Appeal Fund - Goal Reached!

We are now way over our goal for paying the $1,000 filing fees for the
appeal, on the City of Fort Bragg Planning Department's decision approve a
deeply flawed "Mitigated Negative Declaration" and not require an EIR for
the proposed shopping center at Hare Creek.


Deepest thanks to the Mendocino Coast community and beyond, for your
overwhelming show of support with dozens of checks and hundreds of dollars
over our goal.  We're still counting the tab, and will be returning some of
the donations that came in late.


Please do not send any more money!


CACLU (Citizens for Appropriate Coastal Land Use) may accept donations in
the future, but right now the hard work of putting together this appeal is
being done on a purely volunteer basis.
