[Kzyxtalk] where are the other signatories? three is no enough

I am waiting until the Jan 4 meeting to pursue this as it may be a moot point.
I had offered to Meg that we drop the whole thing in return for placing those of us interested on the Audit Committee. She replied that the board would consider the idea. It seems that new management may be interested in performing an audit as one is long due and would be helpful in getting her fully up to speed.
It is my feeling that the personalities who felt threatened by transparency are gone and my sincere hope that those taking their place just want to get all the available information with which to make quality decisions about the direction the station will go from here. I can imagine the board might select those of us who have already expressed an interest to help with the effort. If so, there is no longer a need for any talk of litigation.
It seems to me that the page has turned in terms of my relationship with KZYX. While it is possible that the "new boss" will be the same as the "old boss," I am currently optimistic that is not the case. It may well be that the station will do an audit and reinstitute the PAC when they hire the new GM. What more could we ask for?

According to our previous agreements, this triggers a new date for the inspection of documents as requested in our Demand for Inspection of June 9. You required four weeks from the date of the hiring of the permanent GM. Accordingly, the new date for inspection is Monday, February 1.

However, with regard to the membership list we would approve a procedure of assigning unique ID numbers to replace member names as a way to insure anonymity of individual members.
