I just want to be fair, Clay. 

Stuart appointing you as search committee chair. You choosing Stuart over seven other applicants. Stuart appointing David Hopmann to the search committee. Stuart appointing staff to the search committee. You copying Stuart on all search committee emails. None of this would hold up in the private sector. None of this would hold up in court. You know it, Clay. I know it. We both have "real world" experience.
