I couldn't disagree more. 

This "rule by majority" and insistence on "sameness" censors minority points of view such as my own, and I feel as if I represent the 35% of the members who voted for the reform candidates in the last election. That's a sizable minority. 

What's fair? Each Board Director should ask whatever questions she or he would like to ask. Each Board Director should get equal time. Each of the five final candidates get equal time. 

Isn't it enough that the search process has already been railroaded, Bob? Three of the five finalists are clearly inferior to some of those candidates who didn't make the final cut. Those three inferior finalists are padding. Filler. We really have only two viable finalists. This is shameful. 

Why do you insist on also you wanting to censor Board Directors in how they interview the finalists? 

Double shame on you.
