well, denny found 'The Program Director is responsible for programming decisions.
The program Advisory Council advises the Program Director on these matters.'
doug, the question has always been, how isolated/insulated the pd has been from
'advice'. that was the language from the BOD which 'institutionalized' the pd's
autocracy [answering to gm only], and effectively killed off CACs and the CAB...not
to mention the PAC.
i have a 3' stack of hardcopies going back, please admit your error, don't make me
have to dust it off...
btw, who do you like for the job? [not that the membership will have any say.]
---
Thanks...I'll check willits manuals-got page number?
No memory of this EVER happening...
It is under the boards "programming policy". I have a hard copy, but you should be
able to ask at the station for a copy.
