Norman, Govinda Daltons program may be listened to on other stattions (my
guess) ditto Barry vogels and Marco Mc lean's, I'm thinking you could, as
well.

Imagine getting global listener'ship, Marco does; the tech end of it is
beyond me, but the facts speak for themselves. as well, I feel an
declaration of mutual interdependance between KMEC--KNYO--KMUD and the 
stattion in covelo  and others I dont know of (now!)could co-operate!. I
presume the community at large has tech savvy folks who could and would be
pleased to put a magical spin on local-isem going global.

This is all a bit fuzzy for me now as I let it roll around in my ageing
brain which is NOT Hi Tech!.
My hope is that at least some, of this; is of value. I'll close with this,
I can Imagine CDs of one or more of these programs from any one or more of
these co-operating stattions being able to offer these CDs as premiums for
  listeners, for donations to the co-op as a whole, or to individual
stattions on an as needed basis. those of you with better writing skills
please do take this where you will. as you can tell we self educated folks
have severe limitattions on bundling concepts.
