[Kzyxtalk] test update

When I used it we were able to email out a link that people could click, 
not paste. If KZYX has email for its members, everyone could receive 
such an email. The current CAB (the composition of which is in my mind 
questionable since it was hand picked by the Board and/or staff) is 
interested in surveying members and should be included in the process.
