The programmers list...

In order to change the Station Handbook, John will have to present this
idea to the board and receive a majority vote.  I do not see Holly Madrigal
or Meg Courtney supporting such a change, not sure if Stuart or Ed would
either.  At the very least, this should be an interesting discussion at the
next meeting.
