Please, May I make a suggestion?

When I last checked average grade completed in Mendocino 
County was 11.
	
Cursive has been taken out of the schools and reading
is probably next.  

So, may I suggest, that you only put one idea in a sentence.
You've got much to say but hard to contemplate.
