There is no 20-year station manager. In fact, no KZYX station manager has
lasted more than 5-6 years.

 

As for moving, many people wish to open a Ukiah studio and office. The issue
is location and cost. The former is in progress. The latter will take, at
minimum, between $50,000 and $100,000 dollars. That's being worked on as
well.

Why not just get the hook - for the whole current management of KZYX?

Or term limits, of say, seven years?

Isn't 20 years long enough for one stattion manager?

 

With all due respect to Mary Aigner & friends, can we please move the
stattion out of Philo, to Fort Bragg, Ukiah or Mendocino, so that more in
the county, including the youth, can take part in our/their station?

point to things.)

: By alternating fingers you may be able to extend your time at the button.

: Consider organizing into groups of two or more to handle 56-second shifts.


: You may wish to organize into teams of believers to alternate pushing the
button.

: Please limber up before you approach the delay unit. 

: You may wish to keep a tube of hand cream available. 

: Also, we will be placing the 73-page guidebook in the studio. In it you'll
find the long history of 7-second censorship, from Abraham Lincoln's
original 285-word Gettysburg Address (later censored to 272 words), to
Guglielmo Marconi's first foray into the 7-second machine in 1923, to the
arrest (in 1964) of William T. "Buzzy" Watson for secretly installing the
machine in the studio of KFRC to stop the Beatles from being played, and
more. It's a real page turner.
