[Kzyxtalk] [MCN-Announce]- The Battle for KZYX

Mitch,
I hope you come to tonight's meeting at the Senior Center--6 P.M.
Whatever your personal opinion of Sakowicz is, I believe he is perfectly within his rights to separate himself from the rest of the Board who have abdicated their oversight role of the General Manager. There are a lot of outright lies that have been fostered by Coate & John S. has the fiduciary responsibility as Treasurer to challenge Coate as he deems necessary.
I believe there will be an effort made to remove him from the Board tonight (led by Coate & seconded by the Board President) which is inappropriate seeing as La viva Dakirs essentially missed many consecutive meetings of the Board which, according to the Board's Bylaws & policy, was grounds for dismissal. Of course, a demand for action to declare the position vacant by myself was disregarded. The position of the Bd. Pres. at the time was that the Board couldn't force anyone to attend a meeting. How lame.
Yet when someone disagrees with their secrecy format of decision making, they are quick to cry betrayal. Let's get the decision making process out in the open. That will be a large first step towards creating a democratically run organization.
