You're exactly right, Patricia. John Coate was flip flopping all over the place on our level of indebtedness at about the time Christina was let go. I still don't know what the truth was at that time.

As someone who was listening intently to the incident you describe, I can tell you that John announced the 'problem' after we had supposedly concluded a successful fund drive and met our goals. A couple days (?) later, I was floored when he told us on air we were broke and Christina was gone. For the first time in 25 years, I went to my first board/member(?) meeting to ask why he didn't mention the problem during the pledge so that those of us who cared could pledge extra, as I was willing to do. Then.

The way he treated me was so rude and mean that my love affair with kzyx began its steep descent and has been going downhill ever since.

Doesn't answer the question, Tim. What do we spend on salaries and benefits?

Hey, wouldn't that be great - getting the IRS involved! You'd really be a hero then, eh?

I have no more time to waste on you, John. It's become clear even to your new friends that you are pursuing your own agenda, which has nothing to do with improving the radio station. Bye-bye.

Hey Tim, how about answering my question in an earlier regarding a single line item for salaries and benefits? One line. With one number. It seems as if that single budget item item has been deliberately obfuscated in both our audits and IRS returns. This could be an IRS issue if the intent was to deceive or conceal.
