Why ask us?  On the KZYX website there is information, including how to contact Stuart Campbell if you have any questions.

"There will be an open, public teleconference meeting of the Community Advisory Board (CAB) on Monday, June 30th at 7:00PM. If any member of the public wishes to join this phone meeting, they will need to register for the call at the link below. You will be asked for a name and email address, and a phone number and PIN will be sent to you to join the call. Since rules allow anyone to remain anonymous, you can use any name, other than your own, if you choose to do so.

Heard on KZYX today there will be an on air teleconference call between CAB members and members of the public who apparently have to sign up beforehand.  Does anybody have a guess as to why they aren't just taking phone calls from listeners?
