Thanks Sister Yasmin for the call to not boycott the station due to their past poor choices. 
  Our hope is to create change from within the structure of elections!
   One can also call the station and offer to volunteer for 3 hours in lieu of membership dues.  They are looking for volunteers to write a station newsletter and if it is to staff and management's approval, someone to do short informational spots about station activities or explanations of inner 'debates' or disputes to clarify opposing viewpoints.
     We would also encourage anyone considering running for the Board of Directors seat from the Ukiah area ( District 2) to consider getting an application from the station's website, kzyx.org.
