[Kzyxtalk] Open Letter to the Board of Directors of Mendocino County Public Radio

Does anyone know what is involved in having someone removed from the board of directors of KZYX?  Could a petition from membership be circulated?  If so, how many signatures, etc.  Enough of this endless, ceaseless wasting of time, resources, morale, and yes even moral outrage, etc.  

How else will this end, if not through direct action.  There is no bottom to this well.  Time to pull up the bucket.
